The sun is out bright and alive again. It's been such a warm summer, I think warmer than I can remember. I dunno. a lot of people have said it's linked to global warming, but it's hard to tell...

For my part, I've been laid low looking for some sort of part-time work to help cover the costs of this flat. Ironically, now that I've graduated from Uni, I have less money coming in... it'll change soon...

I've found myself falling into the old habit of watching TV all day. It's just so easy! With it being so warm, I just don't want to move so I just flick on the box and flump out in front.

There was another feature about the anti-capitalist protests that are flaring up everywhere, I'm pretty sure I spotted you in one of the clips. It really seems as if something is in the air. After Seattle, things have just been snowballing along...

Wierdly enough though, the main story in the news today is about an alleged foiling of a terrorist plot to hijack a passenger plane in the US. Apparently there was a shoot-out at the airport and some of them were killed and the others were caught. Early news reports were linking the men to anti-capitalist groups, although this appears to have been discredited now.

But it made me think for a moment... fuck, what if they had of been supposed A-C protestors, how fucked up would that have been... as if the cops haven't been looking already for a reason to stick the boot in all the way... not worth thinking about!

Anyways, it turns out they were some crazy arab guys called Ak,Lacadi or something... so it's okay...
